My understanding is that Detroit has come a long way in the last decade or so. Can't say much for London though, haven't been that way in at least 20 years. | |

Anyway, in regards to Detroit...there's the area around all of Ilitch holdings (Comerica, Ford Field, LCA, Fox Theater and the Casinos) which looks amazing and had a lot of private security...and then there's the rest of it. It's still a shithole, just not around the arenas and casinos. | |

The smoke is bad here as well, but on the positive side the sun has been blocked out and it's a lot cooler. | |
