I would play, but am in middle of a break from TFC. On 2/14-2/15, I will be "hamming" it up in a 48 hr contest that as a single operator, I can only play for 30 hrs. http://www.cqwpxrtty.com . With my rare prefix, 75' tower with a nice antenna, and 1000 watts, I hope to do well.
The deal with the wife was that while ham radio contesting, I would give up TFC. With about 1 contest a month, she makes out better but she hadn't considered time spent on the tower preparing antennas, etc..
