You know, I started watching his first movie... and found it rather thought provoking for a good 10 minutes. After that, he showed his true agenda, and just how full of shit he is.
He's like Rush Limbaugh. Even on the off chance he says something intelligent, he spouts so much bullshit you just can't take him seriously.
I mean, if he said, "The sky is blue.".... I'd look just to be sure.

I don't know if many here will admit to agreeing with Michael Moore except for the occasional well-meaning contrarian. It is intriguing that both gun control and lack of respect for snipers have both been heavily discussed in other threads... | |

I think your opinion of gun control and mine might vary a bit my friend... Gun control to me is only having to use one round per target.
As for mine and the rest of the others disdain for snipers... Well that pertains to a game and not real life.
I have the utmost respect for anyone (snipers included) who have to deal with the immense burden that taking a life generally places on someone. I cannot say I would be able to handle that responsibility day in and day out without having my head be majorly fucked after so long.
It's a huge burden to bear, and like how it has been reiterated time and time again. While I wouldn't think twice about taking someone elses life if it ensured the continuance of mine or someone close to me, I'd rather hope and pray that I never be faced with having to make that decision. | |

Was only seeking clarification on what snooze meant, as far as a parallel in tfc. Have all the guns you want, it's none of my business. Of course you should always strive to use one round per target, anything else would be wasteful. To be fair, all Moore tweeted was his opinion. Gotta give the guy credit for knowing what'll get blown out of proportion in the press. Hate the game not the player and you can't eat an integrity sandwich and all that. I respect soldiers but I don't trust their bosses. | |

I just had this thought and personally I think it's too good not to share.
Since the United States is more preoccupied with ending childhood hunger on foreign soil than they are at home we should stick an apple in his mouth and toss his ass on a spit. That would solve one villages hunger problem for a little while at least. | |

I always get a real kick out of Moore bashers. Of course, this thread was about a tweet and his stated opinion, so he was fair game. But he draws most of the ire from his work: he makes documentaries, ffs. So his shit is all documented, you can't say the stuff didn't happen but you don't like the message. What's a poor wing nut to do?
Attack his physical appearance. Happens every time. See thread title and other posts.
I was once interviewed by a film crew at a Tea Party rally in 2013. They said they were shooting a documentary but wouldn't say who they were with. I kinda hoped it woulda been Moore. It was right up his alley.
The actual rally was inside the grounds of a race track, but we were there for the tail-gaiting activities -- and there was a lot. People selling all kinds of shit, including ammo. Just as a joke, me and a few others made up about a couple of dozen foil hats in mostly different styles and put them out for sale for $20 to $1000 just as a joke. ($20 just shut out government mind control, $50 govt. AND demons, $1000 for everything including aliens).
The film crew seemed to get it, but we never saw any footage of us anywhere. Maybe they were from FOX.
