TFC has been working for me for a long time. Today I tried to play and discovered that I can only walk, and my gravity is not the same. It's like it's the end of the game.
I validated my steam files, deleted all local content, physically deleted 2 TFC folders and reinstalled the game twice. STILL I can only walk!
Any suggestions?

Is this on your own private server or someone else's?
sv_gravity controls server gravity. sv_gravity 800 is default. If you were on another server, they may have altered the gravity themselves.
Unless you're talking about something else entirely?

Well , check config to see if your "w" key to see if it is bound to "+forward".
Or delete the config file and revalidate so it downloads the default config file. Settings like gravity are reset by the server so it does not matter what you have in your config file because the game will use the setting of the server.

+speed activates walking, -speed deactivates it.
cl_forwardspeed, cl_backspeed, and cl_sidespeed should all be set to 400 so that all classes will be able to move at their max speeds.
If you have +moveup or +movedown active your movement speed will also be slowed, so make sure there's nothing in your configs keeping those activated (-moveup and -movedown to make sure).
There's nothing else in the configs that I can think of off the top of my head that should affect movement speed (aside from ducking), and nothing that should be affecting actual gravity (in fact, anything but the server affecting your sense of gravity is impossible, AFAIK). Since you say you've deleted and redownloaded the TFC files/folders, and everything presumably should have been reset to default, I'm at a loss as to what could be causing the problem. =/

I saw her, her gravity was legit fucked up, like the low gravity orgy event never stopped for her.

I am uninstalling Steam. Last time I just uninstalled Team Fortress. I'm also going to physically delete the folder on my hard drive. I will keep you guys posted!

It was a messed up registry setting. Ran cc cleaner and it works fine now. Very odd.
