Hope you're doing well! =) This lockdown here in the Netherlands is quite boring and it's starting to take its toll on my mental health! :P
There's TFC thankfully, I got a Nintendo Switch too. I finally got round to doing jogging/runs outside - I can also take walks on the beach, as I live 6 minutes away from it.
Here's to many more caps and RQs... (might not always be actual "rage" involved in all of those, mostly OCD kicking in :p jaja)

I'm still surprised that epz actually left the community. It was only Sincere that was banned, right? It became really, really weird that Sincere was the only one he was willing to play with. I mean hitching your wagon to Proven of all people, y tho? | |

Semi-long post incoming >__< a bit of history.
I first started playing as an engineer in 2008/2009~ish - I wanted to first learn to defend properly and understand how to counter a defensive setup.
When I first started playing offense, I was actually playing as a Scout - I don't see myself going back xD This server is quite engineer-heavy (lots of sentries) among other classes that make life hell (in choke points especially). Not sure how let's say Brah does it in a full server with 13 vs 13. :o
I thought I played quite decent back in those years (2009~2010), which is weird - because I later realized it was the "Dunning–Kruger effect" - not to say that I sucked completely o_O but you know.. It all depends on who you're playing against I suppose. xD
You could look like a genius playing against Joe / Jane public I suppose even without learning any bhop on this server (which I'm still learning). Doesn't mean you're a genius, jaja. :p I played with near-vanilla settings back then. fps_max 60, default rates etc... Just a bind for my detonate dispenser.
I did look forward to matches with the "Big Boys" in it, Epz was one of those back then - someone named "Note/Notepad" was good too with technical similar style.
I found it impressive that they could reach the same exact position on the map - in the enemy base that fast and consistently. ^__^
Let's say you have a dispenser bottom ele / front BM supply - you detonate it, getting the kill on the medic. You want to repeat that trick and you can't even get it full enough (to detonate and kill) with BM supply bags before they are there again.
Then they make life hard >___< And sometimes they do a nice conc around that position, which I don't see many currently active players do. I suppose they - among many other players I've played against made me a bit more competitive.
I still don't think I'm there yet... The quality of the caps has gone up though D:
All in all, I enjoy playing here still. I only to need to "expose myself" to losing matches again - it's gonna be good for the algorithms too :P - even if the team I'm on has 3 snipers (for example) on a 7 player team, I think I don't have to go for the win-after-30mins always... | |

Notepad was phenomenal - definitely one of the top 3-5 medics I've seen ever play here in my 15+ years | |
