I've been banned for 1 napalm at spawn door, I would say it's against the rules for cheap kills as they can make you bounce and someone who's already low on health like a scout or engineer can get slowed down by a teammate and kind of stuck, killing them. | |

I guess that is possible, but very unlikely.
The only time I would toss a nade at respawn is when someone is playing in front of spawn. I toss the napalm towards the middle of room or top of the ramp leading up to respawn. The reason is to cover my ass going down the elevator. | |

Does that have anything to do with cheap kills?, being hit by a rocket through the floor is just going to annoy the hell out of you(that's what pyros do) it's not going to kill ya dead....A good pyro causes chaos by catching people on fire and partially blinding them. Most the time I don't stay and fight, I head for their flag. | |

Yes, because the players who do this as pyros are also likely to head up 2nd floor spamming napalm on the door, after they run out of incendiary rockets to land indirect damage with. | |
