RM is a tool, he doesn't know that cannabis is a Class B drug in the UK and possession is an automatic offense. In contrary US has legalized it in many states and has only got it as a Class C drug.
That is what skews the data of substance abuse. US is the largest consumer of Cocaine and lifetime use of cannabis is 75% higher than in UK. How can you possibly think that UK has higher substance abuse? Tool lol | |
