You made no mention that the bans were temporary at all in this thread... In fact, when I tried to defend myself originally, you deleted any post I would try to make. That went on for a couple days before I gave up.

How easily you skew things. Not that it matters. I joined a losing team and you guys were talking shit saying you were best players and that 2 months nothings changed or not missing much.
All I said was funny google never heard of you, which it hasn't and then this is when sincere googled my steamID and put it together it was me and this is when you guys changed your name, you following or did I lose you?
You two started directing your shit talk to me and all I was doing was saying things like "oh nice, air shot, lol" and "lol that was ez" things like that. You know dishing the same shit you were dishing out to the server when I joined.
Never once did I say "you cant cap on me" so you can remove the quotes on that. I know for a fact you can cap on pretty much anyone and I have no issue admitting it.

Also on the drippy never stating your ban was temporary he did. You were never permed. Sincere was. YOu said this yourself in the first page.

I underlined the key word in this post for ya, gg.
I'm not "in the know" on anything, but I did just re-read the entire thread. It looks like $incere was perm'd at the start, and epz only got a 5 day.
Reading on, I <think> Drippy- turned epz's to perm as well.
Now he's reduced it to just one more month(as of the 11th). That may change since they used new IDs to get back on. The whole "being a dick to everybody"(of which there is no demo) is pretty irrelevant, as "ban evasion" nets a pretty hefty penalty in it's own right.
$incere can be annoying at times, but honestly, I don't think he's a "bad dude". He's not the l33t player he thinks he is(or presents himself to be), but he's more like the "kid brother of a popular kid who comes along for the ride no matter if you want him there or not".
epz, frankly, is a very good player(also the "older brother" in the vernacular mentioned above), and I really enjoy playing with him no matter which team we are on. He's a challenge to defend against, and an asset when he's on your team.
That said, I don't know what issue Drippy- has with him, and frankly it's none of my business. Thing is, it's Drippy-'s server. Each and every one of us plays here on his whim. That's just a simple fact. He can decide on who is allowed to play here, and who can't.
I know I'm not epz's favorite person, and that's fine. Not sure what the "issue" is, but I know it's not new. It also won't change the fact that IF he violates the rules, he'll be treated the same as anyone else(by me). I've stood up for him in game when he was accused of cheating. I !msg the person and tell them, "No, he's not cheating. He really IS that good."
There are several players I have to keep their IDs handy, for the exact same reason. People new to the server(and possibly the game itself) getting their ass handed to them, or seeing what many of us know are common "skillz" and thinking the person doing them are cheating.

Bro, I'm not "hating" on you, but most of your stats are from riding epz's coat tails, and pretty much everyone knows it.
I don't "sit in the rafters all game" every game. If I did, my K:D ratio would be a lot higher. Yes, I do it sometimes, but it depends on the needs of my team. If my team needs Defense, then yes, I'll likely either be in the rafters, or roaming the basement somewhere.
I've been playing a lot of O over the past few years, though. Either O Medic, or O Demoman. Again, it depends on the needs of my team, as well as the number of players on at the time. If the server is packed, I'll go Demo, to break through the Defense so a "light class" can run the flag out. If under 16 people(8 per team), then I'll go Medic to try and run the flag myself.
I have no qualms saying that I'm not a great O Medic. I'm much better as a heavier class(Demo) to destroy shit and sacrifice myself over and over for the greater good of the team.
Hell, there are times I can get into the rafters in the enemy basement and relay information to my team. You'd be surprised how much that can help.
The only "stat" I actually care about is the number of "virgins" I can pop. If I can cap some flags, great. If not, as long as my TEAM does it, I'm happy. The objective of the game is to score more flag caps than the opposing team. I'm fully down with that. | |
