^ See? Ralphie would have moved this topic for whining anyway ("tfc is dying"), so drippy already knew where it belonged. XD Hopefully drip remembered to give himself a 5 minute timeout!
But yeah, TNG's first season was ridiculously bad as well, lol. Even Picard was flipping out on everyone constantly instead of dispensing his usual sagely advice on how to be a Proper Human, as he's primarily known for in every other season. S2 improved a bit like DS9's did, and then S3~5 were largely gold, and 6 and 7 were also still pretty good.
Glad Denise Crosby chose to abandon ship during that first season, as I doubt she ever would have transitioned into a better character like Worf did, and most people naturally associate her with the rough portion of the show. She thought she was destined to be a Film Star... It's sad how desperate she is to use Trek as her claim to fame now, though. =/ | |
