That's a little different given that we're comparing marine mammals to quadrupeds. NK has neither. They've made significant advances in genome research and genetic manipulation, pretty much unnoticed. As a matter of fact, their nuclear program is only a side gig, a distraction for the World Police, while the genetic experimentation continues and is perfected over time.
Nobody has been able to get photographic evidence out of NK yet but one can obvious conclude that Best Korea has been secretly building an army of cloned BIPED UNICORNS. They also have AKs. | |

more like one of those 'expectations versus reality' memes where the left hand photo is of a majestic percheron size unicorn rearing and the right hand 'reality' post is a miniature pony with a party hat that looks sorta like a magical horn.
But it isn't a magical horn.
It's just a party hat.
and it looks absurd.
