You get kicked for that, not banned. Turn off your VPN when playing drippy-'s. People use it to try and evade bans

Its a 5 minute ban, and its attached to your steam ID. So you do have to wait 5 minutes and try without a proxy. It looks like you tried again with your normal connection, but didn't wait long enough.
BTW what VPN were you using? I've not seen one using amazon before...

It's with Norton 360 I have no issue on other servers.
Wonder why your server is the only problem with it.

At the advice of someone on this forum, I added an exception to my VPN for Half-Life which solved the issue. Don't want to be using a VPN anyways with TFC... that lag.

😉😁🤣🤣🤣 | | That game was the bane of my existence. I finally beat the game some 15 years later when I was feeling nostalgic and played it again. My problem was my younger self felt I'd be a sucker to buy more refineries and more war factories to build faster. I also had the game set to medium speed so it'd take me a cumulative four hours worth of playing to beat a level.
More like fuck Westwood studios for making such imbalanced sides. The NOD nuke>GDI ion cannon by far. Red Alert is also a highly imbalanced and the expansion even more so.
That's what's so great about TFC. The balance is impeccable. All the more so on Drippy's with the bhop mitigation.

Don't both players gain access to (more balanced versions) of Nukes in MP? You only have to worry about full power NOD nukes in the last mission or so of single-player, IIRC. It was devastating, yeah, but if you prepared for it (by spreading out your essential buildings) you could weather it. I think I recall the AI even targeting your northernmost building or something, so you could abuse that knowledge to build a throwaway target for it to be wasted on.
In multiplayer however, NOD was so absurdly overpowered, with their choppers far and away their best unit. They utilized chainguns that would rip infantry apart instantly (GDI choppers would barely damage em), and they did insane damage to vehicles and buildings (even more than GDI's IIRC, and they might've been cheaper to build, too).
And GDI had next to no counter-measure against them. A NOD fleet could completely control the match by targeting GDI harvesters, and the only two units capable of safeguarding them were useless. Rocket men were slow to follow and would die in the Tiberium (and get ripped apart by the chainguns anyway), not that they could reliably kill more than one chopper before their harvester went down. Mammoth tanks were even slower and barely had the rocket firing rate to even dent a fleet. And it's not like you could afford or reliably defend every harvester you had, plus your base, and the NOD fleet could target any of the many openings you had.
So much nonsense. I seem to recall either NOD buggies or bikes were among the most cost-effective units as well.
Red Alert had pretty good balancing in comparison, from what I recall. No nonsense like the above, and cost to performance, Medium and Heavy tanks were pretty equal. The Allies had a naval advantage until the expansions added nuclear subs to the Soviets, but other than that I don't recall too many issues. (But then again it's been 20 years).

Easiest way to lure a NOD nuke is to build an Advanced Guard Tower a good bit away from your main base. For some reason, that gets targeted first.
I haven't played MP in the Remaster, yet. But in the "Expansion missions", NOD has unlimited nukes. Like the GDI Ion Cannon, it takes time to recharge, though.
There is a "community made" mod for Tiberium Dawn, called a "Nuke Tank". I haven't used it, yet... but it looks like Hella-fun!
