Today I had a Huel Hot and Savory while working from home. Huel is one of those stupid protein shake/dietary/healthy companies that ships it to your house.
They have a line called Hot and Savory and one serving (two scoops) is about 450 calories, 20+g of protein. Just add hot water.
It's OK. I've been trying to cut back on stuff like sandwich meats because my chloresteral is through the roof (genetics I suppose) these days. | |

Basement hotdogs are underrated.
You ever just roast a dog in red's flag room? The fire burns at a constant heat so it's very easy to fully cook the dog. | |

Didn't have lunch (I get up at noon, so lunch isn't a big thing for me), but I did just finish supper. Pulled pork sandwiches on poppy/onion buns with potato salad & beets. Good stuff. However, I will say the pork wasn't cooked on the Drippy's fireplace nor were the others stored in the special elevator refrigerator/ Oh. You guys didn't know why I hang out in the elevator a lot?!? | |
