There were times at work on the company chat when I'd have a kind-of-funny reply to something, and I'd make sure that I worded it just right. And as soon as I hit send, my colleague would spam the chat with GIFs that were quasi-related to what we were talking about and they would flush my reply out of existence.
Lesson learned: Never compete with mediocrity at work. | |
