Drippy, you know very well I wouldn't change my name to avoid a whiner, I always change my name to make fun of somebody. This was a coincidence. So, we'll put this down to an error. Can you please remove the global mute?
Also, did you ban that piece of shit who called me a hacker? "Joselu is better than Haaland" was his name.
And what was with Angi hurling all that abuse at me? I finally unmuted her after a year and it was non-stop abuse every time I killed her. Is she like that with everybody? What a weirdo she is. | |

No dog in this fight, as I wasn't on when this happened.... but I want to ask a question:
Did you by any chance use the command "condump" after you copped a ban? If not, you should in the future, so you can present it as evidence (even though Drippy- does have logs, but we'd see it from your point of view if you had).

Every time she died at my hands she'd type a few sarcastic lines in response. This was when I had her muted, because when I removed the mute (without saying anything to her) she was in the middle of a tirade against me in chat.
She also (and has done this in the past with other people) alluded to hacking on my part... all because I shot her in the face via an air-shot.
Drippy took offence to me changing my name to insult her, after he whinered the chat. I was changing my name all through the match, like I sometimes do, to wind her up. He thought I was trying to evade the whinered chat and gagged me. Still ongoing. I'm not impressed. | |

Issue with Angi is she starts something and then plays victim when someone gives her a taste of her own medicine. I’m all for taunting and shit talking. But she does take it too far/ too personal so like if you can’t handle the same done to you then you shouldn’t participate in doing it to others. Ironically I have a friend who I used to play CoD MW2 2022 with that is German and he will talk so much shit to you or about you when you die when we were all in our discord channel but when someone did the same to him he got so offended and quit the friend group and stuff lol. Dude even blocked our numbers IRL. Essentially his behavior is male Angi. Maybe it’s a German thing? I think she should be gaged but not my call, just an opinion , given how if any regular here did what she does they would have been gagged faster than someone cutting the microphone at a concert. | |

No offense, man... but since I wasn't there, and my curiosity is (for some reason unrelated to you, this forum, situations here, or any other reason I can explain) quite piqued, I'm just curious if you had anything (aside from asking for Drippy- to post the server logs and/or video of what happened) to show us what happened. I mean, no recorded .dem file.... livestream..... condump.... anything?
I'm not doubting anything you're saying.... just asking to see the "bodycam" footage, should any exist.
But also, understand, it's things like what you're claiming that caused me to start recording my own gameplay MANY years ago... so that I'd have evidence to offer when making a claim from my point of view. Hell, I still do it, even though I'm an Admin now. I'll often open console and use "condump" to save that info "just in case".
I'm not saying that you HAVE to, but it's never a bad idea to do so. Worse comes to worst, you can always delete it for storage space if it's not needed. | |

What does this condump thing do? First thing that comes to mind is a convict taking a steamy dump.
So when you mute that doesn't just apply to voice chat but also typed messages as well?
The "mmhmm" video pepperjack did has to be the greatest FTC video ever. "Random Arnold noises" LOL! Truth be told though, Angie is a damn good d player. If she is camping bottom spiral as solider your only chance is a well placed conc that bounces her out of the way.
Anyway, I think Angi is single. Rather than muting her you should ask her on a date. | |

Condump is a command you type in in your Console (default key: "~"), and what it does is, saves all of the text within its buffer into a text file that can be viewed/edited later via a standard text file reader. You can copy and paste portions of it in your messages here. It's not as extensive as the server logs that Drippy- posts, but it basically shows everything you've seen in pub-chat and team-chat, as well as all "kills" that have crossed your screen. It doesn't save "voice-comms" (for that, you'd need to record a demo (.dem file)), and in order to include YOUR voice in that, you need to run the command "voice-loopback 1". The delay of your voice going out and coming back can take a little getting used to, but it's more than possible.
Prior to doing recordings differently for YouTube and streaming, I always would record a demo of each round, include my voice-comms in them, just in case I needed them as evidence. Doing so actually reversed a ban that I had been issued due to something the Admin who banned me, didn't see.
Bob Smith had banned me for "Teamshooting", when I was aiming for the enemy player behind him. He didn't see that enemy player, and because we'd had some words prior to this, he banned me. I linked the demo here (this was before Drippy- had HLTV up and running), and the ban was reversed.
Honestly, it's good to know these commands, as they can save Drippy- time when looking into an accusation/situation. The dude does enough work around here, wouldn't you agree?

Does the condump automatically save the text file to the same text file each time you play or does it create multiple text files each time you play and execute the command?
I usually record demos when I play here on drippy's. I have a .txt file logging the dates of when I have a good play. Thing is I never have gotten around to making a highlight video except for that one time. I've got too much shit going on. Maybe one of these days.
But yes, anything to help. I'm also programmed space monkey thanks to you. Pretty much every time I'm on drippy's I automatically go "record 13042024-1" and "voice_loopback 1". I'm a bit of a narcissist and egomaniac so I enjoy hearing my own voice. I should regale my team with some beat boxing one of these days. | |
