Just the one clip I ask for...
He has been banging on about a healthcare plan for 7 years now. It's still coming lol
Reminds me of South Park when they talk about GoT and the dragons. They're coming soon. They're coming soon!
Name one thing that's his legacy as president. If you can't objectively look at a candidate then what are you voting for.

He appointed 3 originalists to the Supreme Court 3. He destroyed the Caliphate 4. He didn't get the U.S. into any new wars (which, unfortunately, is quite the accomplishment when compared to the rest of his contemporaries) 5. He lowered federal income taxes (for those of us that actually pay federal income taxes) 6. Despite no help from Congress, he really did a whale of a job getting grips on our open southern border (negotiating and instituting "Remain in Mexico" policy for asylum seekers was a huge step)
Those are off the top of my head; I'm sure I'm leaving out some...oh yeah, he removed the mandate from obamacare...that was no small accomplishment, either.

| | An objective post so lets answer objectively.
1. Sure USMCA is an improvement in some areas mainly automotive BUT for massive corporations with streamline processes in place. The stringent regulations hurt many small businesses and mom & pop operations massively putting thousands out of business. A high proportion of them in Mexico which caused for an increase in illegal economic migrants. A double whammy of unintended consequences.
2. Partisan nominees, every party does it, yawn
3. How did he destroy it when he didn't get involved in war?
4. See above and also he undermined NATO which is the reason for the increase in Russian aggression and the reason why billions are being spent in Ukraine right now.
5. He cut taxes for the rich and is proposing to do the same again. If you look at the tax policies right now Trump vs Kamala - Trumps policies result in an increase for almost everyone apart from the top 5% while for Kamalas proposals there's a cut for everyone but the top 5%. Inform yourself the plans are out there. He doesn't give a shit about you lol
6. Illegal immigration increased as per point number 1 so yeah good job with that wall
As for Obamacare here's an article in the national library that tells you all you need to know about that bullshit: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5415398/

You lost me at "..so let's answer objectively"
There is nothing objective about any of your characterizations.
Still, I'll bite:
I said he didn't get the U.S. into any NEW wars....the fight with ISIS was already ongoing from Obama (although Obama never took them seriously referring to them as the JV team.). Trump eliminated their caliphate.
You may yawn over the appointment of supreme court justices, but I know that that is monumentally important. Your indifference does nothing to dissuade me of my assessment of that particular accomplishment.
Regarding the border, if you actually believe that Biden/Kamala did as much or more than Trump to secure the border your degree of delusion is off the charts. I suspect you're not that delusional and are just being dishonest.
I'm paying less taxes after Trump's tax cuts; that is a fact. However, if Kamala wins, I'll look forward to receiving these great tax cuts that you say Kamala will give me, but I won't hold my breath.

Joe Rogan Endorses Trump, and Trump Calls Him ‘the Biggest There Is’ https://www.nytimes.com/2024/11/04/us/politics/trump-joe-rog... Let's quote some or the article from above:
| Joe Rogan, the enormously popular podcast host who brought Donald J. Trump onto his show for a three-hour episode last month, endorsed the former president in a post on social media on Monday.
Mr. Rogan, who also spoke at length with Senator JD Vance of Ohio, Mr. Trump’s running mate, and Elon Musk, a prominent Trump surrogate, on recent episodes of his podcast, said Mr. Musk made “what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you’ll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way.”
“For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement of Trump,” Mr. Rogan, host of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” wrote on Monday evening, without offering details of what Mr. Musk said that convinced him. | | I didn't watch the Vance or Musk interviews with Rogan yet. I might just watch the Elon Musk one. Part of me thinks Trump is a lunatic & an idiot, however he did an excellent job with the talk on Rogan. Trump interrupted Rogan & Rogan interrupted Trump dozens of times during the 3hour interview, but they were polite about it. It was clear Trump was open to discussing anything Rogan brought up & Joe Rogan was NOT afraid to talk about Trumps weaker areas, strengths & challenging questions like he does with any other guest. Rogan wasn't intimidated by Trump. I have to give Trump credit for doing that interview, and Harris skipping that & yet doing SNL says a lot.
| Minutes later, Mr. Trump promoted Mr. Rogan’s endorsement from the campaign trail in Pittsburgh, falsely suggesting that Mr. Rogan had never before endorsed a political candidate. Mr. Rogan endorsed Bernie Sanders in 2020.
“He’s the biggest there is,” Mr. Trump said of Mr. Rogan, adding, “Somebody said the biggest beyond anybody in a long time.” The Trump campaign soon sent out a fund-raising email playing up Mr. Rogan’s endorsement.
Mr. Rogan’s conversations with Mr. Trump, Mr. Vance and Mr. Musk were overwhelmingly friendly, often full of praise for the former president. In his appearance, Mr. Trump courted Mr. Rogan’s audience, largely young and male, with talk of eliminating the federal income tax, mixed martial arts and speculation about life on Mars. | | Continuing on with the nytimes article, they have to find something negative about Trump & how Trump lied about Rogan's previous endorsements. And suggesting that Trump is trying to profit off Rogan's endorsement.
I didn't see vance or musks videos yet, but it says Rogan's conversations with Trump were overwhelmingly friendly full of praises with Trump courting the Rogan audience mostly young & male. I call bullshit on that, they went back and forth discussing stuff. Trump wasn't hostile & neither was Rogan. They discussed difficult topics & Rogan went over why he has considered himself homeless politically having not picked sides earlier. Neither men were afraid to ask or answer challenging questions. Harder questions were not ignored or skipped due to an inappropriate favoritism by either person, one of the reasons Joe Rogan is so popular. Rogan absolutely would have treated Harris equally & had asked her similar questions, to say that Rogan was overwhelmingly friendly to Trump is incorrect.
| “It will be interesting to see how loudly Joe Rogan gets BOOED the next time he enters the UFC Ring,” Mr. Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social, in August. | | Article ends with a reminder that Trump said something bad about Rogan earlier in the year before the interview. Okay, desperate shot at whining about Trump.
Cool, so where in this nytimes article do they discuss Kamala Harris's unwillingness to go onto Joe Rogan's show? Her team reached out to Joe, and Joe told them he was extremely flexible with his time and wanted to do the talk with her alone. Key word there alone, not in a building offsite with dozens of people in the same room with the two people.
A well rounded article removing an agenda, spreading the positives and negatives in a general way about a topic is what the news needs and neither the left or the right can do that. People with an IQ of 95 or lower seem to read/watch nytimes/cnn/fox and observing heavily opinionated topics designed to favor one person and are unaware of this. Full of emotions, they're ready to vote based on which network took more content out of context then the other one. Ready to spew their opinions at Thanksgiving/Christmas and while playing videogames.
More good reasons to keep politics OUT of the in-game chat. I swear some new bird flu could breakout or an airliner could crash, and half the networks wouldn't cover it because it has nothing to do with Harris or Trump.
