It's crazy stupid how scared society are of nukes when there are bio labs performing crazy experiments growing covids & cloning. Cyberwar programmers in the tends of thousands recruiting to attack national power grids of nations in North Korea. AI will make biowarfare & cyberwar even easier/cheaper/covert (hard to blame on a single country).
It's insane there's non-nuclear threats that can kill hundreds of millions of people but instead most people in the world are afraid of a mushroom cloud in a single city. | |

sometimes someones gotta keep things in check. sucks, but people are stupid, people are brazen, and people are careless. sometimes you gotta moderate. sometimes conversation doesn't fix it. at the end of the day, have whatever culture you want, whatever religion you want, whatever values you want. just stop fucking with other people, and other people will stop trying to shut your shit down. if everyone lived peacefully, war wouldn't be necessary. if everyone was respectful, things wouldn't escalate. if people just stuck to themselves and went about life, there'd be no problems.
i will always believe that "sacrificing a few to ensure the good of the majority" is the right approach (until there's a better way to do it). and i only believe this is good when it is necessary. I'm not saying to go around yeeting people for the fun of it. but i do think that sometimes you gotta fuck some peoples shit up who are doing stupid shit to get the stupid shit to come to a stop

Great points @Pepperjack. I have been following the most heartbreaking and horrific war crimes on the daily for 21 months. One does not simply see the shit that people like me have seen for twenty one fucking months and shrug it off as if they're watching a drama on TV. I've seen all the shit and I've heard all the propaganda and seen every bit of it destroyed by journalists who are paying attention. The lying is unconscionable.
