I saw Green Day in NYC around 2002 and in NJ at Giants stadium around 2005. In 2002 they were touring with Blink-182 at the time. Was an awesome tour. | |

Sounds like a kick ass time!
that's a huge venue...
One thing that I've found, as I've gotten older, and my fave bands have gotten older...I can now see them in a smaller venue and get a much more personal experience...and now...I might even be a lucky winner and go home with a new Covid variant :) | |

The 2002 show was in Madison Square Garden. A big venue but nothing compared to Giants Stadium. I found a recording of that show! https://youtu.be/ync9Y4m2jKw
The atmosphere was electric. And I split a cube of Keystone in the parking lot before the show with two friends so we were in great spirits lol. | |

Was never into hockey but Devils I guess. My dad grew up in Philly so Flyers and Eagles are close to heart too. Mom’s from Buffalo - I was literally the only Bills fan in my elementary or high schools. I used to tease the Giants and Jets guys that their teams are really NJ teams because only the Bills actually play in NY. | |
