It's all good. My life is pretty much an open book. I have no issue talking about things no one else wants to.
By discussing things I've been through, someone else may realize something about themselves that they have mentally buried and that it's okay to try and cope with. Or, maybe they'd consider how they would deal with a similar situation or turn of events.
