What is the most offensive game that has ever been made?
I just found this clip of a game called "Bully" and found this clip so entertaining. As the game came out in 2008, it's definitely offensive & something like this couldn't come out today, lol. Probably more fun to watch then to actually play, but still just wow.

I seem to recall a very short-lived game based upon the premise of killing "newcomers" attempting to cross the southern border. I saw a reference to it in the news; I don't know if it ever got far enough along for public consumption. | |

I haven't even watched that clip, and I have something to say.
I own Bully.... got it sometime last year. For me, personally, the game is actually quite cathartic. I was bullied in school prior to 10th grade.... but there's a serious caveat to the game.....
I refuse to be bullied. Period. I'm actually at a point in that game where I can't progress, because when someone "comes at me", I beat the living piss out of them and get in trouble. Every. Single. Time.
What's even funnier is that after playing Bully, and getting all worked up over it... I toss a huge "thank you" to Drippy-, who gifted me a copy of "Stray".... because I need the utter cuteness of that game to calm me back down. It's kinda bizarre in how well that actually works.
I used to think that my life would end in some kind of silly way, either by some decision I made "in the moment", or a traffic accident, or something random like that.
Now, I'm almost convinced that I'll end up playing Bully too long in one sitting, and have a heart attack because I didn't play Stray soon enough afterwards.

We should have had WW2 FPS (at least more of) that had a campaign for our “enemies”. Like from the Axis powers POV. I know a couple exist but they are nothing compared to what Battlefield or CoD could have done. I think it would have been controversial if AAA titles made games based on the perspective of our enemies. | |

That was every game prior to Super Mario Brothers. Games just got harder and harder, until you lost your last life and the game was over.
Or, if you got good enough to last until the game errored out, like Pac-Man and Donkey Kong... but either way, you still couldn't "win". | |

I would say GTA. You get to fuck hookers. You get to do alot of crazy shit. I guess thats not offensive LOL but I still love those games. And yes, Im drunk. | |

There's a 3rd no one plays as it was a shit job done by a Russian outsource team iirc. In fact, an early beta of Postal 3 leaked the other day.
There's also Postal 4 - No Regerts, and Postal - Brain Damaged.
Unless this was sarcasm in the "If only they'd made a Postal 3 /s", in which case, it sailed over my head, apologies. | |

Ya I just read some article about how Valve doesn't have anyone that's interested in making another which sucks. Cool ass games. They need to make Half-Life 3 but who knows if they ever will. | |

When Valve officially began backing 'Black Mesa' it was as close as we'll get to HL3 and the best (and last) of the Source engine. Even though it's conception was to be a remake of HL, it is an entirely different game that is considered HL3 by some.
