Paging spoofer and/or other Half Life/Gold Source Engine nerds and fanboys. The map I'm making has crazy r_speeds. Like up to 1500. The thing is, the time it takes to render the frame, if I'm understanding interpreting the r_speeds numbers right, the far left is the time it takes to render the frame and it's just a few milliseconds. Like, the map is running smooth. I'm wondering if the the engine running on new hardware is able to cope with this and I should just go with it or if these w_poly counts of 1500 are going to cause problems with a multiplayer game. | |
