When I first saw your pictures, years ago, I knew you were not who you said you were. Stolen Valor. I actually made certain comments to you over the years that you would have understood if in fact you were either the Marine or even the Solider in the picture. You proved to be a liar, got caught and subsequently you left.
You came back, years later, and you represented that you had had trouble with alcohol and had made some bad decisions. Ok, but then you again posted pictures of yourself and represented that you were a combat vet, that you were a Marine, etc.... When confronted with pretty clear evidence that it wasn't you, you doubled down. That's when I knew that, you had not changed.
I provided you an opportunity to come clean, since by your representation, you are no longer a drunk and you have matured. Unfortunately, and as I suspected, you chose again to continue with your stolen valor farce.
A Marine, a real marine, will know the difference in uniforms; regardless if he is a drunk or not. You never did, because you were and are a fraud.
You are trading on the misery, death and sacrifice of real combat veterans. I would hazard a guess that most on here have a brother, uncle, father, relative that really did serve and some that did not come back. I know I do, and yes both in the Army Division portrayed in one of your photos and from Force Recon out of Pendleton.

Obviously, I have nothing to gain here, so, as I did say before. I did have a major problem with alcohol and Yes, those pics were from those drunk days. I guess I should have said right off the bat that those were not me when I returned. Sorry everyone for not doing that. I did say that I guess my mindset back then was one of not wanting anyone to know who or what I did. But, now it doesn't matter or I don't believe you guys would believe or care.
Moose, I don't know why I perceived your comment as baiting from the past about that pic. I don't know what I was thinking trying to troll you with my comment. It doesn't matter now and I really wish I hadn't.
You guys can move forward with this any way you feel the need. But, however you think or feel about it, I am a veteran that served our country. Just not the way those pics depicted and I admit a part of me feels guilty for not being there when I should have been.
To those that I have played in the server with, I did have a really fun time and I won't forget those times. So many good people. !unf all of you.

Yea, I'm moving on. not because of the hatred or comments made. I made a poor choice and because that choice chimes with my past, I don't think I would be able to redeem myself. Maybe one day d2f will have a gathering and I could set at least some of it straight.
