As for the death certificates, just because hospital workers and coroners got lazy/overwhelmed in 5% of cases and didn't put other causes (pneumonia, stroke, etc.) doesn't mean it's a giant conspiracy. Not to mention there are multiple ways to fill out a death certificate, depending on the coroner. You said:
