Yes. it is a legal way to get cheap kills, and a lot of demos and meds do it. I never allowed it back in the day on my server, and dont now on my current server. basement resupply I allowed since it isnt a respawn so rthat is open game to me, just like if you run into respawn when getting attacked, the other player can follow you in but he can only engage you without getting in trouble, not other players, unkless of course the other players engage him while in.
