Fred, these refurbished prebuilts pop up on ebay often. I got one with 16gb ram and 240 ssd $120. Paired with a gtx 1050 these systems are great for tfc. If you're going used, look for a seller that will pay return shipping.

edit: the one I linked didn't have quite the same hardware. i'd look for one with the asus h110 chipset that uses ddr4.
I would also consider this auction, though if it arrives dead you would have to pay return shipping.
