FYI; Figured out my problem(s). Nothing on your end at all.
Stutter was due to bad video drivers. Only seemed to effect TFC... Fixed.
Was getting some dropped packets and ping spikes, not entirely specific to the server. Replaced my ~10 year old WiFi adapter... Fixed. | |
