I work only from my basement, no overhead or rent to pay, way too expensive to own a small studio here in NY. Let me know if you need any help, I've been an LLC since 2015 although my accountant handles mostly everything on that side. I do very well for myself considering I only have an associates, but I also work 14 hour days and rarely ever take any time off. Pros of that are working in yoga pants and not having to sit in traffic to commute to a job. Still, I'd rather work 14 hours a day for myself than 8 hours a day for someone else.
