I got my 2 tickets :D, going with a friend next week on 18 September, a Dolby Cinema theatre - 3D.
Haven't read the Dune books, am quite a sci-fi fan though (through other books and media) and:
This is Denis Villeneuve; Sicario, Blade Runner 2049, Arrival, Enemy, Prisoners made me such a big fan of him.
Dune is coming out a bit later in the US from what I understand (Also on HBO MAX)?
I'm quite hyped - especially since the movie was delayed for about a year or so - "Tenet" was the last movie I saw in the cinemas - y'know, covid restrictions and all that.
For those unaware, there's a Dune 2 movie coming too and a TV Show: Dune Sisterhood - both by Denis Villeneuve.
